Service Delivery Coordinator

Coordinate service delivery activities across organizational boundaries to ensure on-time execution, contract adherence, and cash collection for assigned jobs. Serve as the primary client contact through job preparation, execution, and closeout. Oversee and monitor the job cycle, manage job activities across teams, and supervise service/technical personnel through assignments and job/project management. Handle multiple or single products/services in line with customer expectations.
