Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy autonomous agent workflows that monitor and interact with SAP Retail and/or SAP MM Supply Chain processes. Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents that monitor and interact with SAP Retail or SAP MM and supply chain systems.
•Create agent capabilities for monitoring inventory, allocation, and sales transactions, detecting anomalies/integration failures, and generating insights with automated corrective actions.
•Develop agent workflows using Python, automation frameworks, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
•Integrate AI agents with SAP and enterprise systems via BAPIs, Function Modules, OData services, IDocs, and SAP S/4HANA Retail/ECC Retail environments.
•Apply SAP Retail functional knowledge to enable automation across merchandise, inventory, allocation/replenishment, retail structure and pricing, and connected systems such as SAP CAR, POS, eCommerce, OMS, and WMS.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of SAP Retail or SAP MM experience, with hands-on exposure to at least two areas such as merchandise management, inventory management, allocation & replenishment, retail pricing, or site/organizational structure.
•Experience with SAP Retail master data (Article, Site, Assortments, Merchandise hierarchy) and SAP integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs.
•Experience integrating with SAP environments such as SAP S/4HANA Retail and/or SAP CAR.
•Agentic AI development using Python, automation tools, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph (or equivalent).
•Ability to work with structured transactional data and apply strong analytical/problem-solving skills to detect issues and automate corrective actions.
