Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction for overall production and maintenance operations, advising long-term strategic direction.
  • •Manage and coordinate daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency expectations.
  • •Implement and maintain safety and continuous flow production methods in partnership with the plant manager.
  • •Drive process improvements including cost reduction, asset utilization, and team balancing; develop leadership and team pipeline.
