Job Summary

Design, build, and operate scalable data platforms, analytics systems, and AI/ML infrastructure. Develop reliable ingestion, transformation, and data models across lake, lakehouse, warehouse, and data marts, then productionize machine learning pipelines with observability, versioning, reproducibility, and lineage. Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into ERDs, data flows, and feature pipelines, including agentic LLM workflows and unstructured data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Python and SQL.
•Build and optimize lake/lakehouse/warehouse/data mart architectures and maintain data models and domain-specific data products.
•Develop and operationalize ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and observability; support model lifecycle management and lineage.
•Build and maintain ML feature stores and reusable feature pipelines, and integrate AI-powered applications and agentic workflows (LLM-based agents, RAG, automation).
•Implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD for data/ML systems, ensuring data privacy, security, access control, and data quality through tests and documentation.

•Experience with data modeling, modern transformation tooling (e.g., dbt), and data quality testing.
•Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, with exposure to LLMs, embeddings, vector stores/vector databases, and unstructured data pipelines.
•Experience building machine learning pipelines in production, including feature stores and ML lifecycle management (monitoring/evaluation).
