Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of next-generation firewalls and cloud-native security services.
  • •Provide escalation support, isolate network faults, and perform deep packet analysis and root cause analysis during test executions.
  • •Drive agentic security autonomous flows and build AI-based test workflow frameworks using Python, REST APIs, and configuration automation tools.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to file critical software bugs and scope future product feature requests.
  • •Conduct system and product security testing, automation, and validation to improve release quality for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude) for test automation, including knowledge of Python-based AI libraries and REST API integrations.
  • •Knowledge of networking and security protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, SSL-VPN, NAT, and DNS/DHCP.
  • •Practical knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/hypervisors (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware ESXi).
  • •Well-versed with Host (Linux/Windows) tools and traffic generators to replicate production environments and stress-test firewall capabilities.
  • •Industry credentials such as CCNP/CCIE are strongly preferred.
