Key Responsibilities

  • •Post and apply customer payments received through lockboxes, scanned remittances, EDI, and other payment channels.
  • •Resolve unapplied cash (UNST) and payment-on-account (POA) transactions using Microsoft Access and company tools.
  • •Review and analyze remittance information to ensure accurate payment application across branch locations.
  • •Research accounts receivable balances, payment activity, and historical transactions in legacy systems as needed.
  • •Meet departmental productivity and accuracy standards while supporting branch payment research and reconciliation.
