Key Responsibilities

  • •Find and identify high-quality short-form video creators (mostly US-focused) using targeted keywords and hashtags.
  • •Assess creators for content quality, brand safety, platform compliance, and volume, then pass qualified profiles to the Licensing Specialist.
  • •Perform content QA tasks such as removing hashtags from headlines, fixing typos, selecting proper thumbnails, and maintaining a good content mix in the internal CMS.
  • •Handle occasional admin tasks including coordinating conference vendors and merchandise.
  • •Assist with quarterly creator performance reports.
