Key Responsibilities

  • •Own client-side (Android & iOS) development and iteration for TikTok Messaging.
  • •Build core chat experiences including chatroom, stickers, and Streak social-interaction features.
  • •Develop and optimize real-time voice & video call capabilities and client-side IM infrastructure (IMSDK, on-device data management).
  • •Create AI skills/knowledge bases and AI agents to improve daily development and collaboration workflows, including code quality and cross-platform consistency.
  • •Continuously optimize client performance, stability, smoothness, package size, and resource consumption to improve user experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Proficiency in AI coding tools.
  • •Solid computer fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, etc.) and strong logical analysis/system abstraction to debug complex codebases.
  • •Proficiency in at least one mobile development stack: iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java), plus familiarity with the corresponding platform framework.
  • •Strong learning and communication skills with sustained passion for technology.
