Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and training for AMD GPU solutions in China MDC.
  • •Collaborate with the AMD BDM and Platform team to identify customer opportunities.
  • •Support customers using knowledge of GPU architecture and GPU performance evaluation.
  • •Apply GPU performance profiling and benchmarking tools to assist customer implementations.
  • •Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Salary: CNY 603,750 - 862,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of GPU technical support experience.
  • •Understand AMD or NVIDIA GPU architecture.
  • •Familiarity with AI frameworks and models (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT, Llama, DeepSeek).
  • •Knowledge of GPU performance benchmarks (e.g., TransferBench, rccl-tests, MLPerf) and profiling tools (e.g., OmniTrace, Nsight System/Compute, OmniPerf, rocprof).
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin; good customer relationship skills.
