Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.
  • •Build and review sophisticated financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, LBO, and merger/accretion-dilution models.
  • •Perform valuation, financing, and strategic analyses to support client transactions.
  • •Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, CIMs, management presentations, offering memoranda, and related documentation.
