Key Responsibilities

•Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.
•Build and review sophisticated financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, LBO, and merger/accretion-dilution models.
•Perform valuation, financing, and strategic analyses to support client transactions.
•Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, CIMs, management presentations, offering memoranda, and related documentation.
•Conduct industry and company research, participate in due diligence, and manage analysts to ensure quality and accuracy while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
