Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend live shows and provide feedback on new music to senior A&R executives.
  • •Propose new artists for AWAL and research talent via artist websites and social networking sites.
  • •Coordinate label relationships and manage pre-production, production, mixing, mastering, and budgeting for projects.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with industry insiders (managers, agents, attorneys, promoters, press, etc.) and work with marketing, publicity, and sales teams.
  • •Monitor recording progress and ensure asset delivery to production departments on time and within budget.
