Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in crop insurance and claims adjusting.
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification must be obtained with 180 days of hire.
  • •Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
  • •Be able to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climb bins up to 25 feet, lift 25–50 lbs., and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • •Strong communication skills to convey complex regulations and interpretations to claimants and agents.
