•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•2 years customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
•1 year consumer and business deposit products with lending knowledge, or Business-to-Business sales experience.
•Bachelor's degree (acceptable alternative).
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services (preferred).
