Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain vendor relationships for services, deliveries, and facility material needs.
  • •Manage procurement for daily facility operations and ensure complete invoice review and maintenance.
  • •Maintain DOT compliance records and perform weekly inventory audits for parts and assets.
  • •Implement and enforce safety policies, conduct weekly safety meetings, and coordinate required employee equipment training with completion records.
  • •Support branch performance by reviewing monthly profit and loss statements and monitoring KPIs such as utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
