Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business stakeholders to determine requirements and configure Oracle Fusion ERP solutions for Finance process areas (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement).
  • •Maintain Oracle Fusion ERP modules and support period-close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting cycles.
  • •Analyze, configure, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functions including order management, shipment planning, tendering, rating, freight settlement, and carrier management.
  • •Coordinate and troubleshoot ERP–OTM integration points and freight-related data flows (e.g., invoice matching, GL accrual postings, vendor settlement).
  • •Translate business requirements into functional specifications, support SIT/UAT test planning and execution, and contribute to implementations/upgrades/patch cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with experience in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, or Cash Management).
  • •Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) including order/shipment management, rating, tendering, or freight settlement.
  • •Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP–OTM or carrier/EDI integrations.
  • •Experience with SDLC methodologies and structured testing practices (SIT/UAT).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (7+ years in a functional role preferred/required).
