Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Develop reasonable and cost-effective safety design guidance for products in compliance with UL/IEC 62368-1, IEC 62477, IEC 60065, CNS 15598-1 and other relevant standards.
•Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify safety issues in product designs.
•Write Compliance Product Design Requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate safety considerations into product development.
•Develop and implement safety testing and certification plans, coordinate with government-accredited laboratories, optimize testing processes, review test data and reports for successful certification, assist customers, and troubleshoot issues.
•Review and approve design changes to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, electrical engineering, communications, or computer applications or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience in safety design, testing, and certification.
•Proficiency in safety design, testing, and certification of power supplies, battery backup units, high-power server products.
•Familiarity with safety certification processes in multiple countries (CB/UL/TUV/CCC/PSE/BSMI/BIS).
•Deep knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance.
