  • •Provide input and implement HR strategy aligned to the organization’s vision and business-unit objectives.
  • •Develop and implement HR plans and programs to support effective utilization of HR resources.
  • •Influence team member behavior by championing safety and key HR principles, and identify/correct EEO and AA risk patterns.
  • •Partner with COEs and People Operations on onboarding, orientation, workforce strategy execution, and talent evaluation.
  • •Manage grievances with the LR COE, monitor program/policy success against ROI targets, and drive innovative improvements to support future-ready workforce planning.

Key Requirements
