Senior Construction Estimator

Provide estimating and cost planning for major construction projects for a client, working onsite with the Atlanta team. Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels; perform quantity surveys; prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and benchmark analyses; and support cost assurance of third-party estimates. Manage procurement activities (pre-qualification, bid lists, bid analysis, reporting, and contract documents), support change control, produce monthly cost reports, and conduct site visits and constructability reviews.
