Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and practice good housekeeping.
  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Complete required training and provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Perform maintenance on equipment using hand tools and instrumentation, and operate forklift/crane when required and certified.
  • •Monitor equipment computers for parameters/alarms and process data (including SPC) to maintain process control; escalate issues and support cross-functional problem solving.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED; preference for an Associate degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience (warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection may be considered).
  • •Safety-first mindset with ability to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Ability to work in a team environment and communicate in writing and orally; fundamental knowledge to use computer applications and interfaces with machine control panels.
