Job Summary

Build customer profiles using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment, then recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Proactively reach out with CAMP and approved marketing tools, cross-sell to existing customers, and support outside sales efforts. Partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment teams to refer customers for holistic financial outcomes, while processing teller transactions and following risk, ethics, and retail procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services and utilize value proposition to drive appropriate solutions.
•Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and support outside sales activities.
•Cross-sell to existing customers, help meet customer experience and production goals, and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth.
•Process teller transactions and maintain retail risk, confidentiality, and ethics requirements while opening/servicing retail products and supporting loan/bankcard processes.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Must complete S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS (MU4R questions and registration required).
