Job Summary

Lead and support technology advisory engagements that translate client strategy into executable technology roadmaps. Partner with senior stakeholders (CIO/CTO/CDO) to assess current technology landscapes, develop business cases and phased plans, and connect needs to Avanade’s solution portfolio. Collaborate with delivery and Microsoft account teams, contribute to opportunity development, and mentor consultants while building advisory assets and capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead or support technology advisory engagements to develop pragmatic transformation roadmaps across applications, data, platforms, and operating models.
•Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives considering organisational readiness, constraints, and risk.
•Develop business cases, investment proposals, and phased delivery plans that shape what Avanade can deliver.
•Support executive and senior leadership conversations with structured insights, options, and recommendations.
•Manage and mentor consultants and senior consultants, supporting engagement quality and internal knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of information technology experience in enterprise applications, modernisation and/or integration.
•3+ years hands-on experience with cloud technologies and implementation with experience in at least two of: Microsoft Azure (preferred), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
•Extensive knowledge and/or success in professional services roles addressing complex client issues in support of cloud strategies.
•Experience planning and implementing cloud architectures for critical business systems.
•Experience contributing to roadmaps, business cases, or transformation plans that lead into delivery.
