Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor analytics engineers, staying hands-on with code and design while establishing best practices and code review standards.
•Identify automation opportunities and ship LLM-powered copilots, workflow agents, and data QA bots that accelerate across business/product teams.
•Design and maintain the semantic layer (metrics, entities, metadata) in dbt and BigQuery to serve analysts and AI agents as a trusted source of truth.
•Implement evaluation and monitoring frameworks to track quality, cost, latency, and drift, and continuously improve solutions.
•Own core ETL pipelines, warehouse modeling, and data quality on BigQuery while partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering, with strong data modeling, ELT, and warehousing experience.
•3+ years leading or mentoring analytics engineering teams.
•Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
•Hands-on expertise with dbt and BigQuery (or similar platforms), plus experience building large-scale automation/data-driven solutions.
