Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal support to all departments in Romania, with a 360° scope
•Assess and advise on the launch of new verticals, projects, commercial activities and operations challenges
•Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with regulations applicable to the business (privacy, labor, compliance, regulated products, etc)
•Review, analyse, negotiate and draft all kinds of contracts with all players involved in the business
•Collaborate with colleagues and other Glovo countries (e.g., Moldova) as part of scope

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputed law firm and/or Big4 with proven experience in contractual and regulatory matters
•Experience in labor and data protection law; ability to engage directly with authorities (ANCOM, ANPC, RCC) a plus
•Fluent Romanian and advanced English (speaking and drafting)
•Bachelor of Laws (in Romania or EU country validated in Romania)
•Highly motivated about new technologies; problem solver, multitasking, organized and detail-oriented; entrepreneurial spirit
