Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct supplier assessment, monitoring, escape management, and quality issue resolution processes.
  • •Analyze and recommend actions based on quality data to address quality issues and develop corrective actions.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and problem solving explanations using Red-X and 8D methods for escape management.
  • •Develop corrective and/or preventive actions for systemic process and product design problems for supplier-provided products.
  • •Conduct qualification/certification and source inspection/material release processes and run Correction Action Boards/DQ Clinics; review processes and metrics for work transfer and process change readiness (Resourcing Gate, PPAP).

Key Requirements
