Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment plans for assigned product lines.
  • •Monitor inventory performance, customer service/fill rate, supplier performance, and supply chain costs; develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • •Maintain and update JDA system parameters related to inventory replenishment and load building.
  • •Proactively communicate variances to plan/goal to immediate management, Sales, and Product Management.
  • •Partner with Logistics and Product Management to control logistics and ordering costs (e.g., inbound freight, minimum order size) affecting margin.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5+ years of experience (BS/BA); 2-4 years with an MS/MA/MBA is a plus.
  • •Working knowledge of supply chain fundamentals with emphasis in supply planning.
  • •Strong technical skills for data mining/querying and database/data warehouse applications.
  • •Process improvement experience and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant planning tools/technology (JDA referenced).
