Mechanical Hardware Engineering Manager

Lead end-to-end development of mechanical hardware for mission-critical defence programmes, from bid and concept through design, qualification, deployment, and continuous improvement. You’ll manage and mentor Mechanical & Hardware Engineers, define delivery plans and system architecture, and ensure targets for cost, schedule, and quality. Collaborate across disciplines (systems, electronics, software, safety), manage risks and investigations, and provide mechanical engineering consultancy including work package and bid management.
