Job Summary

Oversee all grouting operations onboard the vessel and at the job site, reporting to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent. Operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pumps, and lead grout riggers, grouting operators, and a grout supervisor for the assigned project. Ensure safety gear supply, apply approved procedures per client specifications, manage equipment and spares readiness, and run toolbox meetings while coordinating maintenance or modifications with the plant workshop.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all grouting operations onboard the vessel and at the job site, reporting to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent.
•Operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump during grouting operations.
•Lead and take full responsibility for grout riggers, grouting operators, and the grout supervisor assigned to the project.
•Issue required safety gears to subordinates, manage supply of safety gear, and ensure crew safety, production, and quality.
•Apply approved procedures per client specifications, ensure grouting equipment and backup spares availability, conduct toolbox meetings, and coordinate maintenance or modifications with the plant workshop.

Key Requirements

•High school or equivalent education.
•Good standard of written and spoken English.
•Minimum total of 8 years experience, including 5 years relevant experience in Plant Mechanical Works.
•3-5 years experience operating jet mixer and recirculating continuous mixer for RCM mixing grout pump operations.
