Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of about ten enterprise inspectors, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and training plans in coordination with HRBP and training support.
  • •Ensure technical excellence by carrying and communicating underwriting strategy/policy and managing profitable enterprise activity within delegated powers.
  • •Validate subscription dossiers requiring expertise or exceeding delegated powers, and handle underwriting analysis for selected sensitive cases.
  • •Coordinate commercial animation plans with enterprise brokers/courtiers and build constructive relationships with intermediaries and inspection teams.
  • •Monitor operational and commercial productivity, pilot portfolio reviews and risk visits, and follow recommendations/remediations identified on the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of DAB/RC insurance and enterprise fleets/flotilla matters.
  • •Expertise in DAB underwriting up to SMP of 20M€ and experience in a similar role.

  • •Ability to communicate and apply underwriting strategy and processes, with strong negotiation and commercial posture.
  • •Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications in the business.
