Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality engineering support across AESAS and IMOS contracts to keep Merlin helicopters mission-ready.
  • •Supervise fitters to ensure correct procedure use, proper tool use, and access to required specialist equipment.
  • •Step in when tasks don’t go smoothly to make decisions and ensure work is completed correctly with required checks and signoffs.
  • •Apply engineering, asset management, and quality practices in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.
