Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to Sales, Business Users, Institutional and Retail customers focusing on application support, API support and network connectivity.
  • •Handle production incidents with end-to-end ownership, coordinating with multiple technical and business teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • •Own release management activities, participate in audits, and execute business continuity planning to meet ITIL standards and SLAs.
  • •Monitor and automate application and infrastructure alerts to maintain system stability and uptime; maintain knowledge repositories and SOPs.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities and implement automation to optimize processes and service levels for end users.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of production support experience in Banking or Financial Services.
  • •Proficient with UNIX commands, SQL, and Bash/Python scripting; experience with FIX protocol and APIs is a must.
  • •Strong understanding of Linux/Java-based systems with exposure to Cloud technology and DevOps utilities.
  • •Experience with monitoring/visualization/scheduling tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace or similar).
  • •ITIL certification (preferred); excellent written and verbal English communication; experience in supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) with equities/derivatives/FX/cryptocurrency trading domains.
