•Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with customers and vendors ensuring terms comply with Canva policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide timely, practical advice balanced for risk, deal structure, and policy.
•Maintain a database of contracts including key terms and obligations.
•Provide feedback to improve templates, processes, and enablement tools with a scalable mindset.
•Provide training sessions for the legal team and stakeholders on contracting tools and enablement to move faster on routine matters.

Key Requirements

•You have extensive experience negotiating SaaS agreements at high-volume in support of a sales team and experience reviewing vendor agreements
•You have experience using Ironclad, Salesforce, and AI tools for contract review and management
•Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree
•You are excited to roll up your sleeves, learn the business and proactively identify and analyze opportunities and risks
•You are comfortable negotiating live with customers and vendors
