Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently as directed, including loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may include sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for seeps and leaks; properly record maintenance.
  • •Maintain safety and cleanliness, including housekeeping, grounds maintenance (snow removal), and promptly reporting safety concerns, complaints, and repair needs.

Key Requirements

  • •No previous experience needed; ability to learn and comply with company policy and government regulations for commodities.
  • •Knowledge of operations and/or business operations.
  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile equipment.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
