Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming Services onboarding funnels and evaluate readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring policy, design, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • •Manage daily queue prioritization and work allocation to deliver against production goals with minimal supervision.
  • •Serve as the SME to resolve escalations and complex edge cases, guiding policy interpretation and ambiguous decisions.
  • •Mentor and guide L4/L5 specialists, leading onboarding, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions including for partner sites.
  • •Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, surface operational trends and insights, flag risks early, and represent the team in cross-functional meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any stream, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •4-6 years of relevant operations experience with a track record of independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and MS Excel, with consistently high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply policies/QA standards in ambiguous situations, learn new tools quickly, and work a 24/7 rotating schedule including weekends.
