Key Responsibilities

  • •Procure direct materials per plant and corporate QA/SCM regulations and generate purchase orders based on demand requirements.
  • •Coordinate with network schedulers for plan and execution updates and manage material requirements and supplier communications.
  • •Execute exception messages on active orders (postponement/anticipation/cancellation) and resolve internal discrepancies and supplier issues (delivery, claims, quality).
  • •Work with logistics partners and suppliers to deliver materials per Incoterms and evaluate/monitor supply performance (SOTD) with corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Manage supplier invoice resolution (including holds for timely payments), maintain inventory levels for optimized material planning, and coordinate RMA/reverse logistics for defective parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or similar supply chain operational procurement activities.
  • •Fluent Spanish/English language capabilities.
  • •Technical knowledge of Kinaxis and advanced SAP MM, plus Mapics and Oracle (MS Office advanced).
  • •Strong purchasing/finance and ERP experience (SAP, Mapics, Oracle, Vista preferred) with effective communication, CI mindset, accuracy, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
