Job Summary

Own the engine that turns customers and commercial partners into credible go-to-market proof. Build customer evidence (case studies, quantified results, quotes, technical deep dives), run a reference and advocacy program, and drive co-marketing with cloud marketplaces, agencies, and technology partners. Capture voice-of-customer insights and organize a proof library for sales enablement—using AI-powered workflows (including Claude and call-recording mining) to accelerate production.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the pipeline for published customer evidence, including case studies, quantified results, quotes, logo rights, and technical deep dives.
•Build and run a maintained reference and advocacy program, including a customer advisory board and advocate incentives.
•Own commercial partner marketing for cloud marketplaces, agencies/consultancies, and technology partners with a co-sell motion, including joint launches and co-authored content.
•Capture and route voice-of-customer insights (win/loss themes, adoption blockers, competitive mentions) to Product, PMM, and leadership.
•Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to compress time from customer conversation to published asset, including enrichment and drafting pipelines.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in customer marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing at a B2B technology company, with meaningful time at a high-growth startup.
•A portfolio of published customer proof you personally drove, with specific case studies and named metrics plus legal/customer approval experience.
•Excellent writing skills, including the ability to interview technical stakeholders (e.g., a staff engineer) and produce respected work.
•Comfort with technical subject matter, including retrieval, agents, and APIs (no coding required).
•Experience running a reference or advocacy program used by sales, and a track record of co-marketing with commercial or platform partners.
