Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, define, and direct the site auditing control program to ensure compliance with GMP, company requirements, and federal/local regulations.
  • •Monitor ingredient specifications and maintain KHMS, including compliance with current Kraft Heinz and International Audit (FSSC/ISO) standards.
  • •Train, mentor, and lead site QA and production team members to meet program goals; directly lead development through scheduled 1:1s.
  • •Support and prepare for internal/external inspections and regulatory visits (USDA, FDA, Halal, Kosher), including audit preparation reports and postings.
  • •Oversee hold/release documentation, conduct validation studies for CCPs/OPRPs and significant controls, and execute corrective/preventive follow-ups plus change control (including HACCP plan reviews).

Key Requirements

  • •Education or relevant operational knowledge in food science/food production/manufacturing quality/quality engineering/chemistry/biology or related areas.
  • •Food & beverage industry experience, with FDA and USDA knowledge (preferred).
  • •Proven technical quality or production knowledge of policies and programs in food or relevant manufacturing environments.
