Key Responsibilities

•Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers.
•Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the system is turned on.
•Conduct in-home sales presentations, evaluating customer knowledge and needs and building long-lasting relationships.
•Manage the pipeline from prospect to install by following up with leads and in-home consultations.
•Accurately disposition and report outcomes in the company CRM and meet sales targets set by sales leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred.

•Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally to address customer needs.
•Ability and willingness to spend time traveling within the local market.
•Intermediate comfort with technology (using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications); CRM experience is a plus.
