Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure Cisco routers/switches, SD-WAN, and VXLAN based on designs and standards for a voice environment.
  • •Participate in network planning, engineering, and architecture processes for NG9-1-1 deployments.

  • •10+ years of network engineering experience implementing and maintaining geographically dispersed networks.

  • •Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches to predefined standards in a voice environment to ensure high uptime.
  • •5+ years of network security experience including firewalls and threat mitigation, plus working knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, CIS, or NENA.
  • •Provide on-call technical support after hours and on weekends as needed.
