Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the R&D process team to develop, test, and implement automated assembly solutions for future products.
•Design and optimize automatic assembly lines for high-precision CT detector modules.
•Integrate and fine-tune die attach and epoxy/solder dispensing processes in R&D lab and pilot lines.
•Provide DFM insights during design reviews to ensure new detector designs are optimized for assembly.
•Execute DOEs and document process characterization to support medical regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or B.Sc. in Physics (MSc is an advantage).
•3+ years of experience in process development for detector assembly.
•Experience with automatic assembly systems.
•Practical experience with die attach and epoxy/adhesive dispensing processes.
•Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles and ability to execute DOEs and documentation.
