Vans: Supervisor - Edison Mall

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive exceptional customer experience, merchandising standards, and operational excellence. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales goals by monitoring KPIs. Manage opening/closing, floor coverage, stockroom and inventory flow, and loss-prevention practices while maintaining brand-aligned visual merchandising. Uphold policies, safety standards, and a positive, inclusive store environment.
