Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Act as direct customer contact and representative for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording asset use, wear, and condition.
