•Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, consistency, and reliability.
•Embed security, quality, and compliance controls into delivery pipelines through automation.
•Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities across cloud platforms and services.
•Partner with development, security, and operations teams to enable frequent, low-risk software releases, while mentoring other engineers and remediating reliability/performance/security risks.

•Experience implementing security, compliance and quality controls within software delivery processes.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence technical teams and mentor less experienced engineers.
