Night Shift Supervisor-Back End

Supervise operations in a Service Bureau production department to meet production, safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost-reduction goals. Lead and coach direct reports, coordinate department workflow, and oversee equipment functionality, maintenance, and repairs. Maintain inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, ensure shipments are completed correctly, and drive continuous process improvements on a defined night-shift schedule at the Charlotte facility.
