Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the restaurant outlet service team and deliver courteous, professional service in line with outlet, hotel, and Kempinski standards.
  • •Lead talent development: run initiatives, identify talent, support career development, provide constant feedback, and conduct yearly performance appraisals.
  • •Ensure operational excellence: follow opening/closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, set up and demand highest service standards, and handle guest enquiries and complaints.
  • •Drive commercial performance: execute up-selling, collaborate on menu design and tastings, and lead the outlet efficiently on costs, budgets, inventory, and floats.
  • •Coordinate daily operations with the kitchen team through meetings, implement scheduling, monitor quality and guest satisfaction using the given tools, and act as Food & Beverage Duty Manager when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BSc in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferably from hotel school) or MBA.
  • •Minimum 2 years in F&B management, preferably with a 5* hotel chain.
  • •Excellent local language (oral and written) and excellent English (oral and written).
  • •Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, and provide proactive, rational solutions.
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to establish and retain effective relationships.
