•Drive and exceed counter sales goals by creating engaging fan experiences and focusing on comp sales and transaction targets.
•Coach and manage Sales Leads and Sales Associates, including training, performance feedback, and sales coaching.
•Manage daily operations including weekly scheduling and inventory control (replenishment, cycle counts, backstock accuracy, and loss prevention).
•Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation align with Pandora VM guidelines and Macy’s visual standards through regular audits.
•Maintain compliance with Pandora and Macy’s operational, security, POS, and loss prevention policies; support interviewing and onboarding as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally in fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail.
•Demonstrated ability to coach and lead sales associates using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge aligned to brand standards.
•Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results against sales targets.
•Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
