Teller

Handle daily teller transactions at a branch’s lobby and drive-up locations, including deposits, withdrawals, checks, cashier’s checks, savings bond redemptions, and account services. Deliver outstanding client service, answer questions in person and by phone, and recognize referral opportunities for additional products. Process consumer credit card applications and special customer requests while maintaining cash drawer accuracy and complying with security and confidentiality procedures.
