Job Summary

Lead the loss control program across a territory, reporting to the AVP of Loss Control and maintaining/growing key metrics. Manage a team of independent contractors (ICs), including coaching, performance improvement, staffing and backups, and onboarding support with the education department. Use daily reporting to identify trends in quality and timeliness, ensure SLA adherence, analyze service areas/markets, and support profitability and cost savings.

•Manage a team of independent contractors (ICs) by developing self-sufficient performance, coaching/mentoring, and addressing poor performance.
•Run daily reports to identify trends in quality and timeliness, and ensure production quality through ongoing reviews and calibration.
•Manage staffing levels, including recruiting/hiring, contracting, and establishing backups for unexpected events or growth.
•Ensure SLA adherence for time service and take proactive steps to resolve time service and field issues, reporting out-of-norm issues to the AVP.
•Analyze service areas, markets, staffing, and costs to improve profitability and manage bonus-type payouts strategically.
