Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial annual budgeting and reforecasting for key P&L lines, including development and improvement of forecasting models.
  • •Coordinate budget process and timelines within the FP&A team and provide monthly outlooks/estimates on request or ad hoc basis.
  • •Lead month-end variance analysis and translate complex data into clear narratives with insights, trends, and actionable impacts.
  • •Partner with the business to monitor and analyze key investment areas and recommend actions for improvement.
  • •Lead/coordinate timely submission of forecasts in LVMH systems and deliver month-end reporting including entity and store P&Ls, plus ad hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or controlling roles; BIG 4 experience is a plus.
  • •Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders in France and Middle East.
  • •Advanced analytical thinking focused on continuous improvement.
  • •Advanced Excel and reporting systems understanding.
  • •High accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining the big picture.
