Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in bank sales processes by profiling customers, building relationships, and using bank sales and customer service software.
  • •Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to policies and procedures.
  • •Advise customers on bank products and services and begin learning more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
  • •Utilize Teller cross-training as needed for basic transactions (check cashing, deposits/withdrawals) and balance the drawer.
  • •Maintain operational accuracy and compliance (e.g., Records, TD Ops, BSA/Fraud/CTR’s, BAI, Signature Cards, CIP, Beneficial Ownership).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.); or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 1).
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.); or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 2).
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and three or more years of related experience including some banking and/or sales, client relationship management, consultancy experience, or cash handling; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 3).
  • •Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet Bank training requirements.
  • •Complete Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience for Level 3).
