Lead the US Public Sector Engineering Strategy & Planning function to improve efficiency and execution across Solutions Engineering. Drive clear priorities aligned to USPS and Americas/WW engineering goals, own an engineering operating calendar, and enhance recognition, development, and transformation initiatives. Enable SEs and SE leaders with the tools, data, and training needed for growth priorities, and run architecture alignment processes and recurring leadership forums to maximize customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead creation, definition, communication, and execution of key USPS Engineering priorities aligned to USPS and Americas/WW engineering goals.
•Own the USPS Engineering operating calendar and drive recurring senior leadership calls, DE/PE calls, SE leader meetings, and SE all-hands.
•Ensure timely communication and execution of recognition, development, and initiative deadlines; continuously improve processes to reduce noise and improve efficiency.
•Enable SEs and SE leaders with tools, data, and training to execute core growth priorities and transformational initiatives.
•Lead processes aligning USPS architecture teams with the portfolio team, including monthly architecture forecast rollups, monthly architecture leadership calls, and quarterly business reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,900 - 242,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Field Sales Engineering experience with a consistent track record of success.
•Deep understanding of Cisco’s portfolio, tools, processes, and sales motions, including software sales (land/adopt/expand/renew).
•5+ years of validated experience leading operations, program management, or strategy development.
•Experience working with Federal, State and Local Governments or Education customers (Higher Education or K12).
•Strong leadership skills and a process/change management orientation with strong communications and analytical ability.
